My Inspiration
How it started
On January 10, 2024, during a conversation with my mother about Artificial Intelligence, she expressed her concerns about children not reading as much as they used to. She is a passionate advocate for books and had always wished her kids would share her enthusiasm, but we often find ourselves engrossed in our phones and computers.
However, this doesn't mean we've stopped reading altogether; it's just that the way we read has evolved. Many interactions now favor brevity and conciseness, which is the preference for most people today.
I mentioned to her that Chat GPT offers a fun and interactive way to generate original content with virtually limitless possibilities. I drew a parallel between this new form of engagement and the old books I used to read as a child, where I could be the hero and make choices that guided the storyline.
That's when the idea took root, and we began to reminisce about how those books were created and how we could enhance the concept.
About five days later, I was able to demonstrate the capabilities of ChatGPT-4 to my mother, and she was genuinely impressed by the possibilities it presented. She loved my chat application.
